Administration Manager - Darin Balcombe
 Darin joined us in May 2004. As Administration Manager Darin is responsible for numerous functions in the office ranging from the preparation of financial reports and maintaining the Clubs general ledgers through to looking after the businesses staff payroll. Some people may recognise Darin from his exploits with the Wanganui Rugby team. Darin was the captain of Wanganui when they won the Third Division in 2003. Racing Manager - Brent Wall
 Brent joined the Racing Centre in 1994. Brent has numerous roles in the office ranging from the organisation of the Clubs racedays through to the management of the Syndiacte horse. Brent is also responsible for the administration of the Club's membership data. Brent may be reached by email on brent@manawaturacing.co.nz
Track Manager - Chris Allen
 Chris Allen was appointed Track Manager in April 2004 having worked on the staff for a number of years while he pursued a successful career in the saddle as one of New Zealand's leading jumping jockeys. Chris highlights as a jumps jockey included winning a Waikato Steeplchase aboard Cool Conductor and a Wellington Steeplechase on Mi Senor. The decision to take up the fulltime position as Track Manager has meant that Chris has retired from race riding although he still rides work for local trainer Lisa Latta to maintain his fitness and keep a professional eye on the training tracks. As track manager Chris leads a dedicated team responsible for the day to day management of the training facilities at Awapuni as well as the presentation of the course proper for 17 days racing through the year. With around 230 horses in work at Awapuni and busy racing schedule Chris and his team are certainly kept busy.
