General Classes
These classes introduce a wide range of postures to increase flexibility and strength, improve muscle tone and overall well being.

Salutes
This is a powerful combination of asanas that are linked together in a flowing sequence. It is a dynamic and invigorating practice that synchronises movement and breath.

Stretch & Stride
This fun group fitness class incorporates walking, circuit training, core work and yoga.

Restorative
Restful practice including inversions and breathing techniques to restore energy and rejuvenate the body and mind.

Flex & Point
Combining a mix of yoga and dance based stretches this body shaping class will help to create longer leaner lines and get you moving with grace and awareness.

All the day time classes are held at the Calliope Sea Scout Hall. Located at the water’s edge in Devonport, classes are conducted to the accompaniment of the soothing sounds of the sea. This a unique and truly special location.

St Leos School Hall

The evening sessions are held at St Leos School Hall, Albert Road, Devonport

PRICES

Casual
1 hour classes are $15.00 per session
1.5 hour class is $20.00 per session

Concession Card
A (10 session) concession card is available for $135.00 and can be used for any of the classes

Course Price
You can book in for a specific class for the term and pay only $120.00 for the 10 week course. (EG: Sun Salutes 6.30 - 7.30 am Wednesday 13 October - Wednesday 15 December)

Term Price
Pay $400 for the term and attend as many sessions as you can!
