Originally called “Santosha Yoga” meaning “inner contentment”, Yoga By the Sea has been running classes in Devonport since 2000 with the intention of providing students the opportunity to increase their overall sense of well being.

The ancient science of yoga works to promote optimal health in all systems of the body. Practice of the postures increases flexibility and strength, restores energy, develops self awareness and brings a sense of calm.

Classes are held daily on a drop in basis and cater for all levels. All equipment is provided.
